WOULD RATHER
Coming to London to show my portfolio has made me think seriously about the next step in my life. I really love New York, but part of me would rather move back to London. I chatted with Brian on SNS about it. As usual, he was supportive.
Brian: Do you really think you would rather move back to London?
Belle: I don’t know for sure. I love the Big Apple, but this might be a good opportunity for me to become established in London.
Brian: If you get this job, I think it would be a great start to a freelance career.
Belle: Yes, maybe. I’d also rather be closer to my family.
Brian: Actually, I’ve been thinking about changing my job, too. I like being a fireman, but I think I’d rather be a DJ.
Why would Belle rather move back to London?
Would you rather stay in Japan or move to another country? Why?
