There is a/an + adjective + 1 countable noun + place.

There is and There are with Countable Nouns
可算名詞を使った There is(単数形)と There are(複数形)の構文
Day 1では「~が(ある場所に)いる/~がある」を意味する「There is」と「There are」をご紹介します。
英語では「~が(ある場所に)いる/~がある」という時に「there is(単数形)」、また、 「there are(複数形)」を使います。
単数形・複数形は、後に続く名詞によって使い分けます。
There is + 名詞の単数形
There are + 名詞の複数形
「~がありますか?」という疑問文をつくる場合には、Is/Are there~? というように There と be 動詞を入れ替えます。
また、否定文の場合に、There isn’t(is not)/aren’t(are not)というように be 動詞に否定の副詞のnot を加えます。
