Hello everyone!
I would like to share with you my best live performance experience of 2022.
I have performed for various places in Ginza, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ichikawa (Chiba), Yokohama, and more! However, one place stands tall above the rest: Kamata.

2022年の僕自身にとってのベストライブパフォーマンスについてお話ししたいと思います。
これまで銀座や渋谷、新宿、市川（千葉）、横浜など、様々な場所でパフォーマンスしてきました。その中でもすごく印象深い場所が蒲田です。

I performed at a bar known as “RainBar Kamata”.
I was supporting my rapper friend, GREEN HIGH, who was hosting an album-release party for his 1st studio album.
That night was amazing! Many great DJs, singers, rappers, and even beatboxers came to support and show their skills with GREEN HIGH to a large crowd. There were at least 50 people at the bar! For a small area, the bar was pretty packed!
僕が出演したのは「RainBar 蒲田」というバー。
友人のラッパーGREEN HIGHの1stスタジオアルバムのリリースパーティーに参加しました。
あの夜はすごかった!大勢のすごいDJ、シンガー、ラッパー、そしてビートボクサーも応援に駆けつけ、GREEN HIGHと一緒に腕を披露したんだ。
バーには少なくとも50人はいたね! 狭い場所だからすごく混んでました！

The second time I performed there changed my life.
It was the moment I realized how much I was improving, not only as a rapper/singer, but as a live performer as well.
The event, called “GLOBAL NIGHT at RainBar Kamata” was on September 30th, 2022.
People from 12 different nationalities came together to display their talents in this event. I was included as the only American who performed.
Even though many of us were performing at this place for the first time, many Japanese and foreigners came out to drink and enjoy our show!
2回目の出演はの人生を変えたんだ。
ラッパー／シンガーとしてだけでなく、ライブパフォーマーとしてのレベルアップを実感した瞬間でした。
2022年9月30日、「GLOBAL NIGHT at RainBar Kamata」というイベントがありました。
12カ国の人たちが集まって、腕を競い合ったんだ。アメリカ人は僕だけでした。
この場所でパフォーマンスするのは初めての人も多かったけど、日本人も外国人も僕たちのショーを飲みながら楽しんでいました！

When I performed my usual live set, everyone was jumping and shouting. The atmosphere was electrifying!
I fed off of the audience’s energy, and their energy motivated me to sing louder.
Most of the crowd could understand my English, so I was able to naturally speak with them.
I could easily switch from Japanese to English and talk to everyone in between songs.
It was the best live performance I have ever done in my entire life as a musician.
I hope 2023 will be another year of musical growth and maturity for me.

いつものライブセットを披露したら、みんなジャンプして叫んでいました。その場面はすごく刺激的だった！
観客の熱量が僕を更にシャウトさせたよ。
観客の多くは英語を理解してくれて自然と会話することができたんだ。
曲の合間に日本語から英語に変えたりしてみんなと会話したよ。
ミュージシャン人生の中で最高のライブでした。
2023年もミュージシャンとして成長してうまくいくといいな。
