It`s that time of year. You know the one when everyone decides to make a big change in their life.
Some people say they`ll lose weight. Others say they will commit to studying English every day until they pass Eiken N1 or TOEIC or whatever exam lies between them and a better (higher-paying) job.
Others still will vow to stop eating meat completely and go vegan to save animals.
But no one ever really commits to that and goes back to their old habits, right?
I think this time I am going to stick to my New Year Resolution and study Japanese properly this year!
I am tired of not being able to read properly in my adopted country so this year I will read at least one newspaper in Japanese every day (with romaji and an English dictionary of course).
It has only been three weeks but so far I have stuck to it. Wish me luck!
