Lucky Charms and Things I Always Carry With Me by Tania

This time, I wanted to share a few things I always carry with me in my backpack—some lucky charms included! Here are some of them:
今回は、私がいつもリュックに入れて持ち歩いているものをいくつかご紹介したいと思います。中にはラッキーアイテムもあるんですよ！

Some boring ones, but things I cannot go out without, are my mobile battery (and cables), my Sailor Moon glasses (because I’m very blind), kirby soap sheets (in case there is no soap in the toilets!) and a USB and mini scissors (you never know when you will need to cut something, they come in very handy!).
Some lucky charms that I always carry in my wallet are:
ちょっと地味だけど、絶対に手放せないアイテムとしては、モバイルバッテリーとケーブル、セーラームーンのメガネ（視力がとても悪いので…）、カービィの紙せっけん（トイレに石けんがないとき用！）、それからUSBと小さなハサミ（何かを切る必要が出てくることって意外と多いんですよね。本当に重宝します！）があります。

そして、お財布にいつも入れているラッキーアイテムはというと…

My Sailor Moon train card from Mexico City (it reminds me of my country and a fun trip I had with my brother), my Osaka Gakuin University student card (brings memories of my School Exchange program), a Bad Omens sticker (my favorite band!), a $2 USD bill (it is supposed to be lucky, similar to the 2000 yen bill, and it was a wedding gift), an Omikuji paper that came with small gold Buddha pieces, and a little note my mom gave me before leaving to Japan the first time which says “always carry with you”.

そして初めて日本に行く前に母がくれた「いつも持っていてね」と書かれた小さなメモ

I also started carrying an Omamori attached to my backpack recently, which was for the purpose of finding a good job, which I think I now did!
最近は「いい仕事に出会えますように」と願って、お守りをリュックに付けて持ち歩くようになったんです。
…そして今、その願いが叶った気がします！
