Hello

Today marks the end of my first year at b and the beginning of my second.
I just want to take this moment to express my gratitude for the opportunity to teach here at this school.
It’s been a great year, I’ve met a lot of wonderful, kind and amazing people.
I also feel that I have grown and learned a lot working here, both as a teacher and as a person.
I always enjoy my time helping our members learn English.
I am very fortunate to have kind and supportive co-workers who are always willing to help when I have a question.
Of course, just as much as it is a time to celebrate it is also time to reflect on how I can improve as a lesson partner.
I have some ideas but am always open to hearing others’ thoughts and suggestions.
Some members occasionally ask me why do I teach English and the answer is quite simple:

I like to help people. I find this job rewarding and worthwhile because I know I’m helping people with their dreams★

Thank you for making my work meaningful, enjoyable and wonderful.

I look forward to another great year hear at b !

こんにちは-

今日はオレの1周年記念日です。
それだから、この時に当たって, オレの感謝の気持ちを言わせてください。
b で働くことに、心から感謝しています。いろんな素晴しくて、優しくて、素敵な人に出会ったり、自分も多くなことを学んだり、成長したりして本当に良い1年でした。
教師として、そして人として、たくさん勉強ができましたし、これからもできると思います。
メンバーの皆さんに英語を教えるのをいつも楽しんでいます。
オレが質問とか困ったことがあったらいつでも相談にのってくれる優しい仕事の仲間もいてくれて幸運です。
無論、祝うのは大事だと思いますが、どうやってLPとして向上するかを考えることも大事です。
アイディアかいくつかありますが、もしご提案かアイディアがありましたら、どうぞお知らせください。
たまにメンバーからなぜ英語を教えてるかと聞かれるんですが、その答えは簡単だ：

人の役に立つことが好きです。人の夢を現実に手を貸してると思いますから、この仕事には意味とやりがいを感じます。

だからありがとう、オレの仕事に意味、大きな喜びと素晴らしさを与えて下さって。
